Every Shevelo garment is made to order specifically for you. This approach allows us to focus on quality while reducing unnecessary waste and excess inventory.

Free Shipping

All Shevelo orders include free shipping.

Made-to-Order Production

As each garment is made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown during checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing or periods of high shipping demand.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. As customs regulations vary by country, Shevelo is unable to estimate or prepay these charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your shipping address only if production has not yet begun.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographs (if the item arrived damaged)

We'll work with our fulfilment partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
